The good news is, that paleo and keto diets are actually pretty similar! They are both low-carb, low-sugar diets, so if you are on a keto diet, it is pretty easy to switch to a keto paleo diet or vice versa!

The biggest difference between the two is that the paleo diet does not contain dairy, while the keto diet definitely does! Unless you are a cheese addict, substitutes like coconut milk, almond milk, and nut purees can help to achieve that same creamy texture! Plus, there are many yummy foods that both diets DO include!
