TABLE OF CONTENTS
We made these rudolph cupcakes during the last Cupcake Creations class that I taught. Aren’t these chocolate reindeer cupcakes just adorable?
Reindeer treats are so fun to make with kids of all ages during the holidays! We also love these Reindeer Cookies, this Reindeer Chocolate Bark and these Reindeer Rice Krispie Treats.
We used chocolate frosting, chocolate chip cookie dough cupcakes, mini pretzels for antlers, candy eyes, nilla wafers for a muzzle and red M&Ms for the nose. This is one of those easy recipes that you will want to bring to every holiday party.
You could also use: vanilla cupcakes, white mints for eyes, medium pretzels, red smarties, oreo cookies, cocoa powder, candy canes, chocolate chips, peanut butter cups, chocolate buttons and lots more!
How to make Reindeer Cupcakes:

Ingredients:
- 12 chocolate cupcakes (prepared in festive cupcake liners)
- 2 cupschocolate frosting(I used store bought)
- 24mini pretzels
- 12 Nilla wafers
- 24 candy eyes
- 12 red M&Ms
Tip: I like to use boxed cake mix from the grocery store to make quick and easy cupcakes. I find Duncan Hines devil’s food cake mix to make the best chocolate cupcake. Be sure to allow your cupcakes to completely cool before decorating.
Directions:
1. Use the chocolate frosting the cover the top of each cupcake. Tip: homemade chocolate icing made with cocoa and powdered sugar would also work.
2. Place two pretzel antlers into the frosting at the top of each cupcake.
3. Add candy eyeballs and vanilla wafer to the center of each cupcake to create a reindeer face.
4. Use a dab of frosting to “stick” the red m&m nose to the Nilla wafer.
Store these yummy treats in a large freezer bag or airtight container for up to a week at room temperature. They can also be stored in the freezer for up to three months.

This would make a cute idea for kids to create on Christmas Eve for Santa and the Reindeer. Who doesn’t love an adorable cupcake reindeer with a bright red nose?!
